To log in at Vegastars, open vegastars12.com and press Log In. The Vegastars Help Centre names this as the address to trust (“Only trust vegastars12.com”), and the Tobique Gaming Commission lists it as one of the brand’s two websites. The account isn’t bound to one domain: your email and password work on any official address, and vegastars.com forwards to vegastars12.com in any case.
Australians searching for a Vega Stars login often add a number to it: 10, 11 or 12. Official sources back only 12. We went through the regulator’s register and the Help Centre on 2 October 2026. Below you’ll find the sign-in steps first, then the address check and the usual fixes when a login fails.
How to log in to Vegastars from Australia
- Type vegastars12.com into the browser by hand, or use a bookmark you saved from that site. Australian players can go straight to vegastars12.com/en-AU/.
- Check the address bar first. You want vegastars12.com exactly, with no added letters and no different number.
- Press Log In, then enter the email and password from your registration.
- Complete a second verification step if one comes up. There’s a two-factor option in the site’s code, though we haven’t seen it appear on screen, so it may or may not show up for you.
Logging in to Vega Stars from a phone is no different in Safari or Chrome. You won’t find an app in the stores; the site is a progressive web app you can pin to your home screen, and our Vegastars app download guide shows how. The icon opens the same account.

Vegastars 10, 11 and 12 explained
The brand created those numbers. Vegastars has moved through several numbered domains, and even its own lists disagree: the SEO text on its homepage names vegastars.com plus 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10, whereas a domain list in the site’s code gives 1, 5, 7, 8, 11 and 12. Players have noticed. In July 2026 a Trustpilot reviewer complained that the site keeps switching its name from one number to the next.
vegastars12.com is the only domain found in both the regulator’s register and the Help Centre, which makes it the one to type. A link that passes through another address is fine if you finish on vegastars12.com; check the bar and continue. If you’re left on any other domain, don’t sign in there.
Vegastars not working or login failing: what to check
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| “Wrong password” message | A typo, Caps Lock, another keyboard layout, or the browser autofilling a password saved for an old address | Type it by hand; if it still fails, reset it |
| Reset email doesn’t arrive | Spam folder, or a different email used at sign-up | Check spam and your other inboxes, then ask live chat |
| Old bookmark opens another site or nothing | The bookmark points to a numbered domain | Delete it and save vegastars12.com instead |
| Log In button or pages don’t respond | An ad filter, privacy extension or stale cache | Allow scripts for the site, clear the cache or switch browser |
| The bonus or layout looks unfamiliar | Possibly a look-alike site | Close the tab and type vegastars12.com yourself |
| Account locked after a withdrawal request | No reply to verification contact within two weeks (T&C 9.9) | Contact support from your registered email |
Forgotten Vegastars password
Pick the password reset option in the login window and follow the link emailed to your registered address. Without an account we couldn’t run the reset ourselves, so if the link never comes, or that inbox is no longer yours, contact support. Live chat is open 24/7 on vegastars12.com, and the email address is support@vegastars.com. Our Vegastars live chat page has the full list of channels.
How to spot a fake Vegastars site
Copycat sites, the Help Centre warns, differ from the real one by a changed or added letter. Before any password goes in, check three things:
- Address: the bar of the page you’re on shows vegastars12.com, spelled exactly.
- Licence seal: clicking the footer seal should take you to validate.thetgc.ca, where www.vegastars.com and www.vegastars12.com appear as registered websites.
- Offer: the real welcome bonus is 100%, 150% and 200% up to A$2,000 per deposit. If the headline offer says something else, treat the site as suspect.

Vegastars login FAQ
What is Vegastars 12?
That’s vegastars12.com, the main address the brand uses today. It’s the only domain the Help Centre says to trust, and the regulator lists it alongside vegastars.com, which redirects there.
Is Vegastars 11 the official site?
The official sources we checked don’t support that. vegastars11.com is missing from the regulator’s register, and the Help Centre never mentions it. Go to vegastars12.com and type your password only once that address is in the bar.
Is there a Vegastars app login?
Neither the App Store nor Google Play carries a Vegastars app. Phone users sign in through the browser or the progressive web app’s home-screen icon, using their usual email and password.
Why can’t I log in to Vegastars?
Most failed logins trace back to a typo, an outdated autofilled password, a bookmark pointing at a numbered domain or a browser extension. When the account itself is locked, say under T&C 9.9 after verification contact went unanswered, live chat (24/7) can explain why and what you need to send.
Does one account work on vegastars.com and vegastars12.com?
Yes, it’s one account. vegastars.com sends you on to vegastars12.com, and you log in there with your existing details.
