For an A$ wallet, Vegastars withdrawal time is two waits back to back. Approval comes first: most requests clear within about an hour, large amounts within 24 hours, per the Help Centre. Then the money has to travel. Skrill, Visa and crypto usually arrive “around 20 minutes” after approval; a bank transfer needs 2–3 business days, sometimes 5 (the T&C say 3–5 banking days).
That timing only applies once three rules are met: you withdraw by the method you deposited with, the deposit has been wagered at least once, and you stay under $50,000 per month. We matched all of this to the Vegastars T&C and Help Centre on 2 October 2026. Player reviews describe slower payouts, mostly once verification starts.
Vegastars withdrawal time in Australia, stage by stage
A request goes through four stages. Your payment method only matters at the last one.
| Stage | What happens | Time Vegastars states |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Request | Method and amount chosen in the cashier; the request shows as Pending and can be cancelled | Immediate |
| 2. Approval | The payments team reviews the request | About 1 hour for most; up to 24 hours for large amounts |
| 3. KYC (if asked) | ID, address and payment checks via Sumsub; payout held until done (T&C 12.2) | Automatic: usually under 5 minutes; manual: up to 24 hours |
| 4. Transfer | The money leaves Vegastars | Skrill, Visa, crypto: around 20 minutes; bank transfer: 2–3 business days, up to 5 |
Stage timings taken from the Vegastars Help Centre (withdrawal timing, cancellation) and T&C 12.2–12.12 on 2 October 2026.
How that plays out:
- Skrill, account already verified: roughly an hour for approval and about 20 minutes in transit, so around 1 hour 20 minutes from request to wallet.
- Bank transfer requested on a Friday evening: business days start on Monday, so expect the money Tuesday or Wednesday, or the following Friday if it runs to five days.
- Large first withdrawal: approval can take up to 24 hours, and a manual verification review can add up to 24 more.
Vegastars withdrawal methods: crypto, Skrill, Visa and bank
On the fiat side the Help Centre lists bank cards, Skrill and Neteller; for crypto, BTC, ETH, USDT, DOGE “and more”. The list of payout routes open to Australians is shorter.
| Method | Withdrawal for AU players | Time after approval | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | Yes (Visa OCT) | Around 20 minutes | Not excluded by T&C 12.3.1 |
| Mastercard | Not listed for Australia | n/a | Missing from the T&C 12.3.2 country list |
| Skrill | Yes | Around 20 minutes | Named in the Help Centre timing article |
| Neteller | Bound by the withdraw-where-you-deposited rule | Not published | A deposit option; the timing article doesn’t mention it |
| Crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, DOGE and others) | Yes; crypto deposits go back to crypto | Around 20 minutes | Fiat and crypto can’t share a wallet |
| Bank transfer | Yes | 2–3 business days, up to 5 | T&C 12.5: 3–5 banking days; intermediary bank charges possible |

Vegastars crypto withdrawal
Crypto in means crypto out, and the Help Centre is firm on it. So the wallet type you picked before your first deposit also decides how you get paid. Once a request is approved, coins arrive in the same “around 20 minutes” as Skrill and Visa.
Card payouts: Visa yes, Mastercard check first
Card payouts go out through Visa OCT and Mastercard Payment Transfer. Australia doesn’t appear on the Visa exclusion list in T&C 12.3.1. Clause 12.3.2 instead names only the countries where Mastercard is supported, and Australia isn’t among them, whatever the Help Centre’s “Visa/Mastercard (where available)” suggests. Under clause 12.9 a card deposit can be returned to the card or by bank transfer. If you deposited by Mastercard, plan for the bank-transfer route and its 2–5 business days, and confirm with live chat first.
Funding methods are covered on our page about Vegastars deposits in A$.
Verified, same method, deposit wagered once? Then the Help Centre timing applies: about an hour to approve, around 20 minutes for Skrill, Visa or crypto.
Visit VegastarsDo Vegastars payouts count as instant? Promise vs proof
The Vegastars site gives four different answers on payout speed. Here they are next to what the T&C and Help Centre commit to.
| Promise | Where it appears | What T&C / Help say | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| “Withdrawals are processed instantly” | Site FAQ | Approval takes about an hour, up to 24 hours for large sums | Marketing only |
| Crypto under 10 minutes, e-wallets 1–3 hours, cards 24–48 hours | SEO table on the AU homepage | Skrill, Visa and crypto: around 20 minutes after approval | Marketing only |
| Every method free of fees | Same homepage table | T&C 10.8: processing costs may be charged; 12.5.1: intermediary bank charges | Marketing only |
| Within 24 hours for most methods, same-day for VIPs | Pragmatic Play Live page | Bank transfer alone takes 2–5 business days | Marketing only |
| $50,000 per month cap | T&C 12.6 | Matches; currency not named | Confirmed |
| Higher limits and faster payments for VIPs | VIP lounge page | Help: higher limits “on request”; no figures | Not published |
Promises collected from Vegastars site pages and compared with the T&C and Help Centre on 2 October 2026.
Strip out the marketing and the best Vegastars casino withdrawal time the brand puts in writing is about 1 hour 20 minutes to Skrill, Visa or crypto, assuming a verified account and an ordinary amount. Anything quicker comes from promo copy.
Vegastars withdrawal requirements: same method and one-time wagering
Two clauses hold up more cash-outs than bank processing ever does. The Help Centre says that “in most cases” you withdraw to the method used for your qualifying deposit, and T&C 12.9 links payouts to the account the deposit came from. T&C 12.12 then bars any withdrawal until the deposit has been wagered at least once. Deposit A$200, bet A$200, and only then request.
An active welcome bonus adds more conditions: 40x wagering on deposit plus bonus, a $25 max bet, a $10,000 win cap, and unfinished bonus funds wiped at expiry (5 days by default). Money from Vegastars instant cashback is simpler: once claimed, it carries no extra wagering.
Before you hit withdraw, tick off:
- Verification approved, or ID, address and payment proof ready.
- Same method as the deposit (crypto back to crypto).
- Deposit wagered at least once.
- No active bonus left to clear.
- Amount within the limits shown in your cashier.
Vegas Stars withdrawal limits: $50,000 a month and checks above $10,000
Under T&C 12.6 a player can be paid at most $50,000 per month, unless a specific promotion says otherwise. Clause 12.7 lets the casino break a larger win into monthly instalments of up to $50,000: a $120,000 win would come through as $50,000, $50,000 and $20,000 across three months.
Clause 12.11 also mentions $10,000, but as a trigger. Win more than $10,000 in a day and extra anti-fraud and transaction checks follow, which slow the payout down without blocking it. The Help Centre adds that cashier limits “can vary by region and account status”. There’s no published minimum withdrawal; it’s set per method and shown in the cashier.
The currency is a grey area. The T&C just say “$50,000”, Casino Guru lists the cap as USD, and in a January 2026 Casino Guru complaint the casino quoted it to a player in Australian dollars. Getting close to the limit? Ask support which currency applies.
Verification before your first Vegastars payout
T&C 12.2 allows Vegastars to verify your identity before paying out and keep the money until that’s done; according to the KYC page, checks are risk-based and may come earlier. The process runs through Sumsub. Automatic verification is promised in “under five minutes”, manual review takes up to 24 hours, and documents are uploaded under My Account, Verification.
| Document | Accepted | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Proof of identity | Passport, driving licence, government-issued ID card | A photo of the original, not a scan or screenshot |
| Proof of address | Statement from a traditional bank, utility bill or official letter, dated within 6 months | Neobank and fintech statements (Revolut, Wise and similar) are refused |
| Proof of payment | Photo of the card front showing your name, first 6 and last 4 digits; or a bank statement | Cover the middle digits and the CVV |
| Higher-value checks | Liveness check, proof of source of funds or wealth | Asked for on larger amounts |
Document rules from the Help Centre articles and the Vegastars KYC page, 2 October 2026. They disagree on address proof: the KYC page still says within three months, the Help Centre article, updated March 2026, says six.
Documents in anything other than Latin or Cyrillic script lead to a request for video verification (T&C 10.5). The casino may also phone or email you. Under T&C 9.9, if it can’t reach you within two weeks of the withdrawal request, the account is locked for failing KYC. Verifying early isn’t always possible: in June 2026 an agent told a Trustpilot reviewer that proof-of-payment checks weren’t required yet. What sets the checks off is listed in our summary of the Vegastars KYC and AML policy.
Cancel a pending withdrawal, and why payouts stall
While a request shows as Pending, you can cancel it in Transaction History. After approval or processing it can’t be reversed, per the Help Centre. When a payout stalls, it’s usually one of six causes:
| Cause | Rule behind it | How to avoid it |
|---|---|---|
| Verification starts at cash-out | T&C 12.2: payout held until identity is checked | Have ID, address and payment proof ready |
| Document rejected | Traditional bank or utility only, within 6 months | Skip neobank statements |
| Method mismatch | Same method; crypto to crypto; no Mastercard payouts listed for AU | Deposit with the method you want to be paid by |
| Deposit not turned over | T&C 12.12: wagered at least once | Bet the deposit amount once first |
| Big or repeated wins | Over $10,000 a day: extra checks; over $50,000: instalments | Expect checks and split payments |
| Missed contact | T&C 9.9: two weeks unreachable means a locked account | Watch email and phone after requesting |

What players report about Vegastars payouts
Third-party sources, read on 5 October 2026, give a patchier view of Vega Stars payouts.
- Casino Guru (review updated September 2026) records 24 complaints, 9 resolved and 15 rejected. Of the 10 on display, 7 are about delayed or cancelled withdrawals. The same page also shows 0 direct complaints, so treat the total with care.
- Trustpilot gives Vegastars 3.2/5 across 367 reviews. We went through the 179 most recent: about 73 bring up withdrawal delays or cancellations, and 46 bring up verification. Reported waits range from under 4 hours to 14 days or longer.
- The casino itself quotes longer times than its Help Centre does. A July 2026 Trustpilot reply mentioned up to 5 business days; in a February 2026 Casino Guru thread, a representative wrote 5 to 7 working days.
- Reddit is mostly referral marketing. About 78% of the 1,229 archived posts and comments we checked carry referral links or codes, so we leave it out.
Some cases do end well. A Casino Guru complainant in January 2026 said a resubmitted crypto withdrawal arrived in about 45 minutes, though that came after five or six rounds of document emails. The pattern holds: delays gather around KYC and bigger amounts. Still deciding whether to join? Then start with the Vegastars overview.
Vegastars withdrawals FAQ
How long does a Vegastars withdrawal take?
Approval takes about an hour (large sums up to 24 hours). After that, Skrill, Visa and crypto need around 20 minutes, and bank transfer 2–3 business days, occasionally 5. Verification, if requested, adds its own time.
What is the Vegastars minimum withdrawal?
There’s no published figure. The Help Centre says both the minimum and maximum depend on the method and appear in the cashier once you log in, so treat any number quoted elsewhere as unverified.
Does Vegastars charge withdrawal fees?
It can. T&C 10.8 keeps the option of charging processing costs, and on bank transfers clause 12.5.1 flags possible intermediary bank charges.
Can I withdraw bonus winnings?
Only after the 40x wagering on deposit plus bonus is done. Free-spin winnings carry their own 40x. As long as the welcome bonus is active, wins are capped at $10,000.
Can I withdraw to Mastercard from Australia?
Going by T&C 12.3.2, no: Australia isn’t on its Mastercard payout list. Visa payouts don’t exclude Australia. If you deposited by Mastercard, ask support which route your money will take.
