Vegastars Terms and Conditions: The Rules That Matter Before You Play

What follows is our own plain-English summary of the Vegastars rulebook, checked in October 2026. Where it differs from the original Terms and Conditions and Bonus Terms on vegastars12.com, the originals win, since they are the binding text. For most players, the Vegastars terms and conditions that matter are a handful of numbers: you must be 18 or older, deposits start at A$20, each deposit needs wagering once before a withdrawal, payouts top out at $50,000 a month, and welcome bonuses carry 40x wagering with a $25 maximum bet.

Numbers in brackets refer to clauses in the original T&C or Bonus Terms, which we read on 2 October 2026. Marketing pages sometimes say otherwise; in those cases this summary sticks to the T&C.

Who can open a Vegastars account

Only adults can play, and 18 is the minimum age (3.2). Anyone signed up to a national, state or multi-operator self-exclusion programme is barred as well, and using a VPN to hide your location or identity is prohibited (9.7).

Every account is expected to belong to a single real person. Under Bonus Terms 3.3 the casino can restrict the welcome package to one per person, applied by household address, IP, email, phone number or payment method “regardless of intent and value”. Payouts come after an identity check (12.2), so register your name and current address in exactly the form shown on your documents.

You can hold a wallet in AUD, NZD, USD or CAD (5.1), but clause 12.4 makes the euro the site’s internal operating currency. Hence a few thresholds in euros, among them the €250 bonus limit and the €10 inactivity fee. Australians should also know that clause 4.1 puts Australia on the list of countries without NetEnt games.

Deposits: A$20 minimum, your own money only

Clause 11.4 sets the minimum deposit at $20 or the equivalent; on the AU promotions page it’s A$20, the same figure for deposits, bonuses and referral rewards. Maximums vary by payment method and appear once you choose one. Deposits beyond €50,000 in a day are accepted only after source of funds and wealth checks.

• Cards: Visa and Mastercard, both credit and debit (11.1); business cards aren’t accepted.
• Other methods: Skrill, Neteller and crypto including BTC, ETH, USDT and DOGE, per the Help Centre. Each wallet is set to either fiat or crypto.
• Third-party payments: refused. The card, e-wallet or bank account has to be in your own name.
• Charges: processing costs on deposits and withdrawals may be passed on to you (10.8).

A deposit limit set in your account applies across all methods, crypto as well (9.10).

Withdrawals: same method, deposit wagered once, $50,000 a month

Before a withdrawal is paid, three conditions apply. Money is returned to the account you paid in from (12.9), and crypto comes back as crypto. The deposit itself must have been wagered at least once (12.12). On top of that, the casino can check your identity first and hold the payout until it’s done (12.2); the documents involved are listed in our guide to Vegastars proof of identity.

Vegastars pays out no more than $50,000 per player per month unless a promotion’s own terms set something else (12.6). Anything bigger can be spread over monthly instalments of up to $50,000 (12.7); a $120,000 win, for example, would be paid as $50,000, $50,000 and $20,000. More than $10,000 won in one day brings extra anti-fraud checks (12.11), which can hold the money up for a while, though the clause sets no cap. Bank transfers take 3–5 banking days (12.5). The T&C list of countries supported for Mastercard payouts (12.3.2) leaves Australia out. Our page on how to cash out from Vegastars gives the times for each method.

Bonus rules in the T&C and Bonus Terms

Up to A$6,000 and 125 free spins are split over your first three deposits, with these conditions attached:

• Wagering: 40x on deposit plus bonus. Whatever the free spins win is added to the bonus balance and wagered 40x as well (2.2).
• Limits: while a welcome bonus is running, there’s a $25 max bet per round and a $10,000 max win.
• Expiry: 5 days after activation, unless the offer states a different period (5.1). Bonus money still there at expiry is taken off.
• Game weighting: pokies count 100%, live casino 10% and other game modes 0% (6.1–6.2). A long exclusion list also rules out every title from 3 Oaks Gaming and Wazdan.
• Loyalty: bonus-money bets don’t move you up the VIP ladder or earn rewards (6.4).
• KYC first: a bonus worth more than €250 waits for verification before it’s credited (T&C 11.7).

Worked through: A$100 as a first deposit brings a A$100 bonus, and A$200 × 40 = A$8,000 in pokies bets before any of it becomes withdrawable. On live tables, which count 10%, the same target needs A$80,000 of bets.

Inactive accounts, refunds and closing an account

Leave an account idle for 12 months and the casino may start charging a monthly administrative fee of €10 or the equivalent (14.1). Refund requests are considered only if made within 24 hours of the transaction, or within 30 days when a third party got into your account (13.1).

Self-exclusion requests go to responsible@vegastars.com (9.8). You can also ask to de-register your account because of problem gambling; Vegastars verifies the request first (9.8.1).

Complaints and disputes

Your first stop is support, via 24/7 live chat or support@vegastars.com. Formal complaints are sent to complaints@vegastars.com, and they must be sent from your account’s registered email address (16.2). Bet disputes have a three-day window from settlement (16.4); if a result looks off, save the bet history straight away.

Governing law and courts

Costa Rican law governs the terms; the operator, Neptune Projects S.R.L., is registered in the Republic of Costa Rica. The courts of the Tobique First Nation have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, and it was that nation’s gaming commission that issued licence no. 0000020. Card payments are handled differently: for those, the T&C refer to the laws and courts of Cyprus.
